Personal use of photos

Photographs taken by Michael Keimeyer for CommunityCapture are generally provided free of charge to the people photographed via an individual access link and personal code. Subject to the rights of everyone pictured, recipients may download and share their assigned images for non-commercial personal use, including personal social media profiles, while crediting CommunityCapture where practical.

Commercial or organizational use

Business advertising, paid campaigns, merchandise, sale, licensing or other commercial use requires prior permission from the applicable rights holders. The appearance of an event logo or an organizer's name does not constitute an official partnership with CommunityCapture.

Respecting others in the photo

Receiving an image does not grant permission to violate another person's privacy or image rights. Please get any necessary permissions before publicly sharing photos of other people, especially children.

Access links

Access codes are intended for the designated recipient and the assigned image number or range. Do not publish personal access links or try to access images outside your allocation. Photos may be added after the event, and availability is not guaranteed indefinitely.

Request removal or correction

If you appear in a photograph and would like it reviewed or removed, please write to mkeimeyer@gmx.net, indicating the event, date and image number or URL if known. Requests will be examined in light of applicable rights and obligations.

Copyright and trademarks

Photographs and website design remain protected by their respective copyrights. Event names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for contextual identification only.
